These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Speedvoice website (the “Site”) and its services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software—is the property of Speedvoice or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Speedvoice does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Speedvoice, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Access to the Service

Access to Speedvoice's software is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan selected, following a 14‑day free trial period.

Basic Plan: For a monthly fee, users receive 15 self-serve invoices, one Business account, real-time statistics and insights.

Premium Plan: For a higher monthly fee, users receive unlimited self-serve invoices, unlimited business accounts, real-time statistics and insights, and email notifications and reminders.

All subscription payments are processed through Lemonsqueezy. Users can cancel their subscription at any time during the billing cycle. Refunds and any adjustments during the trial period are subject to our refund policy.
